Adult and Continuing Education Brochure Fall Our goal is to meet the needs of the adult learner by providing educational opportunities for the citizens of Chesapeake, that are designed to enhance and expand their knowledge for personal and professional growth. Established in , the IAL is a Chesapeake College Program open to all individuals. It is a membership based program and offers a Fall Semester and Spring Semester of course offerings. It features a variety of classes, a free Lunch & Learn Lecture Series, and monthly Happy Hour social events.
